This shows that it was impossible to be in the Great Depression due to the fact that normal people could not afford such dresses. We would first guess the 1960s because the color blue was a fashionable color at such times, but we can never be sure. We can guess that it was during the Roaring Twenties when cities like New York was growing in a raped succession and money seemed to be no problem.
